"Darting Around LLC will take your money and run! I paid for (2) "Breaks" back in Oct 2020 (yes 3 years ago) that never reached the required number of participants to complete the drawing. I asked for my money back starting in May 2021 and have asked multiple times but have not received it. I will never purchase from Darting Around LLC again and strongly suggest to NEVER purchase anything from them online!"

"I used this company successfully several times in the past few years - for multiple dart boards, stands, and a couple dozen sets of darts. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with them was terrible - multiple emails and phone messages regarding an order that was paid for but never shipped went unanswered. Recommendation: steer clear of this company."

"I sent money to purchase a set of darts and never received the product. I sent numerous e-mails to this company and finally got a response from Jeffery Bowman and he was going to look into it. Nothing ever came from him. He at 1 time said he had issued a refund that some person named Mary was suppose to handle, well nothing happened. I just read a review and another customer had the same issues. At least they are consistent with the same lie. Stay away from this company they are terrible and will rip you off."

"Placed a order for a pretty decent amount (just shy of 200$) in late February. After there 72 hour processing time I still wasn't seeing movement of my order, no emails or phone calls. After calling many times and getting taken threw the ringer (short staffed, very busy, etc, etc, etc) my order did ship but had a decent amount back ordered. They stated they will ship when the received the back ordered items. My card was charged the full amount of the order. It has now been about 4 months and running. I have tried to get a hold of Darting Around threw email, phone calls and text no response. I sent one last email explaining this is the last straw before involving Canton, Ohio better business bureau. I did get a timely response explaining "Mary" will pull order and issue a refund. At first I was happy about this but that didn't take long. My patience has already been run thin. I have sent two emails in the following days looking for an update on "Mary" and my refund. Neither emails have been responded to. This company has horrible customer service. I would suggest against ordering from them for fear you will not receive your order. BBB has been contacted. All I wanted was my product or a money return. This company falls short to provide any service to anyone and you should take your money and spend it anywhere but with them. Update: received a email stating a refund will be sent to me. In the many months for this process to be resolved my bank has changed hands (unfortunately for this situation) emailed to let them know this and see what is needed."
