"Went in to buy a tube for a wheel. Had the tire with me and asked if they could install the tube for me, for a fee. They said the wait was 2 weeks for repairs. What? 5 minutes for them, as they have the tools right there and the expertise. It took me 15 min when I got home, Not a big deal, but I didn’t feel like doing it that day and would’ve paid to have them do it for me. They could’ve charged me $10 install fee. Instead, they just left money on the table because of bad customer service."

"Was having a hard time finding a bike I wanted for my fiance. I called R-D which is a little out of the way for me.. but I'm glad I did. Ruth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They happened to have the perfect bike, in her size just hadn't been built yet. I expected a long wait but a couple days later I got a call saying if I was interested in buying it that it was ready. I'm a novice cyclist and she didn't mind taking the time to answer all my silly questions. Great bike shop. Highly recommended."
