"If I can give zero stars I would but its not letting me to. Anthony Price from Cincinnati OH office, broker who is satisfied when he is charging carrier who is hauling freight for them. Guy literally wrote me email where he will charge me for being late 30 minutes for window from 8:30-10:30 am delivery and at the end of the email he put satisfied emote. PLEASE , CARIERS, IF YOU SEE THIS GUY OUT THERE BE PREPARED TO GET ROBBED. Be Careful who you book your loads with"
"Would not recommend as a third-party broker. Material arrived to the customer damaged at the fault of the carrier and Integrity Express Logistics refused to reimburse for the damaged material. If you are busy and don't have time for claims and blame shifting, this company is not for you. I would recommend Josh McCanna at PLS Brokerage out of Pittsburgh."
"Dalton Roberts had me leave my home & 5 am go fuel up my truck and drive over 2 hrs away to pick up a load in my box truck that was supposed to be a 53 ft load according to the shipper. I witnessed him be rude to the shipper on the phone when they called to find out he booked a box truck when she gave him dimensions for a 53ft. She proceeds to tell me they've done this before and they pay over 5$ a mile for this particular load so there shouldn't be an issue. Why does the broker believe they should keep over 3$ a mile and pay the actual truck and driver less than 2$ this broker had the nerve to admit this also ? Why does IEL feel like they don't have to pay me for my time and fuel when they are the one playing dirty tricks? And when it doesn't work out the carrier is actually the one losing out. It's clearly a pattern..Dalton refuses to pay TONU and management doesn't care to answer the phone and make him pay."
"1:50 EST today, 1/30/24. Load was only on the board for 20 minutes so it was plausibly still available. If not, there were a few others from the same location going elsewhere i was gonna ask about. Steve or whatever his name was at ext. 4035 answered, I asked about the load, and no sooner than the words "it's covered" left his mouth, he hung up on me. I had called the same extension about a different load a half hour before, and I suspected that he picked up the phone and hung it up that time. Now I'm sure he did exactly that. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1, as the other 2 agents of IEL I've worked with were actually professional. If I see his extension again on a load, I'm not going to waste my time being disrespected. Jaggoff."
"we booked the load. Drove to shipper for an hour. They cancelled the load after an hour. then they said that to get TONU broker was supposed to emailed something as to go. While we all know it doesnt work like that. You talk on the phone with broker you get the rate con and this is the time when the driver is good to go to shipper. standard in industry but not with this broker."
