"Somebody should shut down this place they have whole bunch of stupid idiot brokers every single time I post the truck they call me and offered me totally different Lane for rates that cannot even pay for our fuel are they freaking crazy or what who the hell is doing business with these people they are insult to a trucking industry the DOT should look up into this brokerage and do something about it I keep blocking every single number from them and they still keep calling."

"Most dishonest, disrespectful brokers I have ever dealt with. Yesterday they had 30 plus loads out of Raphine, VA and selling them to carriers as FCFS when it was appointment based. Booked a load with a rep as FCFS then got to pick up at 11am and waited until my 4.30pm appointment time that per the shipper was “set with the broker days prior.” Spent all day trying to get a hold the rep I booked it with but told numerous times “she is too busy” and “the brokers don’t speak to the carriers after booking the load.” So she completely, blatantly and knowingly is screwing carriers over and lying about pick up times just to move freight and then completely ignoring them. Honest workers don’t do that and honest companies don’t stand for that. But then again, this is TQL so what did I expect?"
