"Purchase a large order four years ago for approx $4,000 customer service was awesome, with Bill Wright. Sold the machine and purchased another machine and went to UTV for all of my part needs and placed another order for just under $5,500 and the customer service is the WORST, still waiting for manager to call me back not sure what happened but Bill Wright my sales person is not the same person he was four years ago."

"Bought a windshield from these folks for my side-by-side. A year later, I lost one of the bushings/bolt. Contacted them and Jim Webber had 4 sets in the mail the next day for no charge. You don't get customer service like this anymore."

"Great prices and selection no doubt, customer service on the other hand is questionable.. placed an order for 7 things for my side by side, received 5 of the items within 4 days, the other 2 on the other hand though. Apperently 1 was on back order and something was wrong with the part number for the other, never the less I had to call a week later asking where my parts were and the lady on the phone had told me that they never shipped one because of the confusion of the part number mix ups, as for the back ordered one, they could have at least called me instead of me calling them a week later! Not too sure if I'll be ordered from this company again."
