"I came here with the correct booking number to grab a box and not only waited 45 minutes in line to leave with my box but wasted 45 minutes because one of the guys that operates the lift doesnt know what hes doing very well. This could reflect on improper training or stupidity. I dont know. You should NEVER have to come back in because THEY gave you the wrong box. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE! But you have to be careful not to blame everyone for the neglect of one person."
