"10 out of 10 kinda shop. I walked in an hour before they close with a broken bike and asked if they could help. These guys dropped what they were doing to help me. They spent 45 minutes working to diagnose what I did to my hub. Ultimately it wasn’t fixable but should be under manufactures warranty. I asked what I owed them and they said nothing. They wouldn’t let me pay them for their time. I told my son who was with me to pick something out so we can buy something to support the shop. My son picked out a Beat cycles jersey and sunglasses. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized they didn’t charge us for the Jersey!!! I’m from out of state but if I lived here this would be the local bike shop I do my business with. Just above and beyond. Thank you so much guys."

"Mike and Ryan were so helpful and knowledgeable! They led me toward a variety of bikes that provided exactly what I needed. Took a couple test rides, and went with the Norco Indie. And they mounted the rack and water bottle holder! Rode the bike out of the store and couldn't be happier!"

"I bought an old bike and I was not well-informed about bike maintenance until I came in. I had them fix the wheels up. Awesome recommendations the whole time and nobody tried to up-sell. I got taught what I wanted to ride long distance comfortably and I had a great chance to pick his brain on lots of bike maintenance topics and suggestions. With the knowledge I gained, I was able to clean out and rebuild my bike. New tires went on then I immediately took a 60 mile bike ride and experienced no problems at all. Thank you for the help."

"Ryan is a great guy! I bought a bike here a couple years ago during the crazy pandemic time when not many bikes were available because of the shortages of high demand. Before I came here, I had some bad luck at another bike shop in Wooster that sold me their floor demo of a E-bike I wanted. That location claimed it was the last one of the model they had and no others were available for up to 6 months (with the pandemic shortages). Unfortuantly, we couldn't get the bike out of demo mode after taking it home and back and forth to Wooster Ohio also. We returned the bike to the Wooster shop and Ryan helped order me another one direct from the factory. We got it in 2 weeks! It's been great! No issues! A couple years later... I needed help with a trailer attachment on my bike and he was so kind to help me during his busy day to help me find the right attachment to my bike. I appreciate the time and care at this location....You have a customer for life. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great bike shop."
