"I just watched one of your drivers #131 van pull her client backwards over a sidewalk in a wheelchair because she was too lazy to walk the 30 seconds to the ramp. The client asked her to use the ramp along with several bystanders at red lobster. The driver exclaimed she's done this for 17 years and she won't waste her time walking around the building for a ramp. After she knocked both shoes off and jarred the elderly woman who said that hurt the driver replied "It will only hurt for a minute." I was so appalled by her behavior I decided to report it to the company. A young girl answered. I explained the situation and requested to make a formal complaint. She said sure she would do that but didn't ask for my name or number. She said she didn't need them aka she's not reporting anything so I figured I would go the modern route about it. If you want your family member to be treated with dignity and respect, I would not recommend this company."

"When you have to fork out money to get your loved one home and do not have the funds they want an arm and a leg. When they want the Fire fighters to get to their loved ones and get to them they want you there when they want you at no cost to them. What if you had to pay the Fire Department to put out your fire or give your loved ones help needed what if you had to pay that up front."

"At first my experience was great. I accompanied a Patient to an appointment. After the appointment I contacted Medpro for a ride back to the facility as instructed and was told a driver would be out as soon as one was available. After over an hour wait I called again. I was assisted by a woman named Kylie whom was very rude. I was lied to about the time of arrival at and was hung up on."

"Not a good place to work. Drivers range from top-notch to worst ever. Management is all one family with dozens of cousins, nephews, nieces and so on. They work the drivers so much, they don't have time to even go to the bathroom or get something to eat. Major violations. Very high turnover rate. Only way to make a living is to work overtime. Sometimes, hard work is rewarded, but not worth the dangers of constantly driving in high volume traffic."
