"I was told yesterday your JUST a poa on the account. I have been handling my dad dying to my mother suffering from alzheimers to be told I'm just a POA. Lack of sensitivity where I do everything with integrity and out of love to be told I'm Just...her emphasis on the just. Only location I have been talked to that way. Feel a bit sorry for her. Bitter and a bit cruel. Not my cup Of tea for sure ."

"There is one lady not the manager who works the drivethrew a lot takes care of customers inside very friendly, does everything she can to help, there’s a gentleman there that is just the opposite the little one, but I believe the Laddies name is Joann she is the only reason I’m there I even switched branches to the Maysville Ky branch to stay away from the gentleman and the lady Manager in Augusta Ky"

"I went in and told them I would like to start an account with them, there was three of them just standing around doing nothing with two more back in the office with nothing to do. They told me the wouldn’t be able to do that for me today even though the were open for 3 more hours and that I’d have to make an appointment. I said ok no problem so they made an appointment for me at 11 the next day. I drive up at 11:05 and the doors are locked there’s nobody inside. Guess they decided they wanted an extra long lunch break. Now I’m going to have to make another “appointment” just to open an account which is honestly ridiculous. I don’t understand how a bank could be just so lazy. Sadly I had to give them one star, there was no option for 0."

"Let me start by saying I have lived all over the U.S. in the past 30 years and have been a member at no less than 9 different banks. I like to have a local branch to be able to do business while most of my banking is done elsewhere. The biggest problem I have with this branch is the atm. I see responses saying you can do banking through the atm, while that is very true, good luck with this one ever working. I have been here for 3 years now and it has gotten really bad lately. I am not sure what the problem is, but every time I see a maintenance fee on my account, even if it's returned, all I think about is not being able to use the features of the bank that I became a member for. I have already moved two of my income sources from this bank and will be removing my last one and closing my account. I am very disappointed with this branch."
