"Brokerage team is a joke. All shady on the phones and to one-another. Company standards are awful. They will take every chance they get to screw an employee or carrier over if it means they are making a quick buck."
"I bid on a load and Brian Klus (Broker) did not like my price so he decided to call me and start arguing about 'where did I get the number from'. I told him you dont like the price its ok then just move on please do not argue with me. I hang the phone but he had to win the conversation so he start calling me back to back. Called me 16 times so finally I had to block him so he will not harass me and I can get back to work but now he decided to call me again from his personal cell number so I block that number too. Then he decided to send me this nasty email just so we can engage in an argument. I am reaching out to XPO headquarter to let them know about this scenario."
"this was worst experience with XPO and how Andrew Metzger doing business and how he treats the drivers . was asked to talk to his manager and he didn't wanted but some time later he said ok you can to his manager and put me on hold for some time and then he tried to change his voice to pretend he is manager but i told him right away that on the phone is still Andrew Metzger . so the problem was not resolved . driver was sitting at the receiver for 8hours without getting compensated for his time . they have xpo tracking and i send him drivers ELD records to see when driver arrived to receiver but he refused to look at it ."
"I had the displeasure of booking a load for one of my carriers with XPO. The broker Mitchell Perry sold me a load delivering to Chambersburg PA. When we arrived to Chambersburg PA we were told that this load is always a 6-9 hrs unload because each piece of product needs counted. When we called Mitchell to make him aware of what we were being told he was beyond rude and made it clear that we should have known this and told us not to call him again. I then reached out to file a complaint against him and got someone by the name of Beverly Hawkins she was in HR extremely rude and had no desire to hear how her employee behaved. This place is awful for carrier. They do not care about the little guy! Their pockets are getting deeper and the small carriers are starving out. I do not recommend these people and 1 star is too much"
