"I saw some pretty bad reviews from 4-5 years ago. No way these ratings are warranted. There are a few bad tee boxes but most are excellent. Fairways are in great shape and sso are the greens. Some very challenging holes. Rough is lush and penalizing. Hard pan under the trees in many places but when it hardly gets any sun its expected and shouldnt be hitting the ball there in the first place. Love the course. I started playing it last year. Rates are great for seniors. I drive from Portage-Summit County border but its worth the drive. This Bogey golfer loves the course. The 9th hole is very very tricky. Treelined short boomerang shaped par 4 Do not let the shortness fool you."

"Management claimed our tee time booked through golf now was canceled because they couldn’t have reservations before 2pm yet they wanted to charge us their club rates for the exact same tee time. Golf now never called us to cancel nor were they made aware it needed to be canceled. Their website showed tee times available before 2pm so it seems a little shady to me. Glad our day wasn’t wasted and we were able to get a different course booked."

"We tried out Pine Valley Golf Club for the first time and had a good experience. This course was nice overall and was not too difficult. The staff here was nice and they had a driving range to use here also. They do have a little to buy small food and drinks if needed."

"Course is in fantastic shape and a great value. Gets better every time, owners are constantly improving. 10/10 best meat missile in Ohio, full topping bar with Chilli, bacon, cheese, etc. Worth the trip for the hot dog alone, great course was a nice added bonus! Will definitely continue to play here"

"Very enjoyable course to play. Well maintained and can tell owners put a lot of work into course. Nice tree lined holes. Not the most challenging but still plenty of fun holes to play. Carts have very good GPS systems on them. Will definitely play again."
