"Very rude, with a few exceptions. They have no compassion. They are supposed to take you to your choice of hospital..911 has to take you to your nearest hospital. They have the drivers decide where you will go. Use them only if you must.. prepare for disappointment."

"Could not transport a disabled persons wheelchair (they are unable to walk at all), expected it to either be left at current hospital or someone else has to transport it. Dispatch says they have an ambulet to transport people in wheelchairs to dr appointments but could not use in this instance, but could not explain why. Way to add more stress on the patient!"
