"It's Saturday & I drove all the way from the outskirts of owensville to get there before they close, at 12:30pm , and there was traffic everywhere that I went, including in front of sharefax, and I still made it before 12:30, and it was literally 12:28 when I pulled up, & so I immediately hopped out of my vehicle & proceeded to the door, and so did another man that was in front of me, and there was a staff member holding the door, & as I went to enter, she said, "Sorry guys we're already closed." And there were still customers in there, and there was even a customer leaving as we were trying to enter. I didn't say anything to her and I just went back to my vehicle. I mean what can you do? I mean it was just a ridiculous amount of traffic through every town that I had gone through. But where is the common courtesy anymore? It's upsetting that I literally made it on time, despite all the traffic, and then the gatekeeper wouldn't let us in. Ridiculous"

"Been with Sharefax for 20+years. Loved them, they were small business, friendly, personable, and in all was a family feeling bank while all the other big banks were racking up fees, I felt safe with Sharefax. These past 5 years have been horrible. I guess after you started charging random fees here and there, got all that money- build the big building then turned around and hired HORRIBLE customer service reps. I work in customer service so for me to call MY bank to inquire about MY money - I apologize if that bothers you- Go work somewhere where you don't interact with people. I literally just got off the phone with Mick! I had to ask for the name (I should know who I'm speaking to). Then I had to damn near draw out answers to my questions that if this CUSTOMER SERVICE person had a personality and drive to be awake at work- I could of got all my answers in less the time. Sorry to bother you Mick- at your job - as a customer service rep! If my whole family wasn't tied into Sharefax I'd find another credit Union that remembers why they're a credit union and not a big bank! Getting to big for your britches - stay humble before you crumble!"
