"Some of the rudest service I've ever received I was lied to multiple times. I filled an application out online and uploaded all the necessary documents needed was told my application would be finished today. The person that was assigned to my application said it was the end of the month so he was very busy and that he was the only person there that day but if it's the end of the month and they have paperwork they have to finish he definitely wasn't the only person in the office. I spoke with someone else the person that assured me my loan would be finished today. Half the time I called no one answered. If I can't get in touch with them now I can't imagine how it would be if I called to try and make a payment. He said I could call tomorrow and I told him I won't be calling them back and if they want my business they can give me a call like they had told me they would do in the first place. I won't be taking out a loan with them."

"Loan process started out with what seemed legit although now I'm not so sure. Guy who processed the loan was friendly and courteous. I reluctantly agreed to a secure loan with the understanding that I could refinance as an unsecure loan if payments were made in a timely manner for six months. My original credit score was around 720. I called and tried to refinance the loan six months later when all payments were paid on time and my credit score had increased to 740. I was also in a better financial position than the six months prior. I was declined an unsecure loan. I asked to speak to the person who originated the loan to begin with(I had lost his contact information) and was told "he couldn't help me" and that he didn't work there anymore. The guy I spoke to told me he was the "Manager" and was rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me as if I was ignorant and wasting his time. The girl answering the phones wasn't much better with her "professionalism". I can't help but think they were trying to hold me "hostage" in my secure loan. I have since easily obtained an unsecure loan elsewhere and paid off One Main. My new loan has a 7% lower interest rate, better terms and I will Never do business with One Main (especially the Milford, OH store) again nor would I recommend them to anyone."
