"A flagger backing in a truck made us stop and wait even though there was no signs indicating a flagger ahead and there was ample time to let me through while the truck messed around and no other vehicles present. The flagger proceeded to make me wait until a train came and put the gates down holding me from proceeding. At no time did I make any gestures or anything to indicate aggression or anything like that. It's just this kind of blatant disregard for other people that earns the railroad the well deserved lack of respect they get. Norfolk Southern is intentionally disrespectful. They could have let me be on my way , it would have been completely inconsequential to what they were doing."
