"The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a freight company. The retailer AJ Madison uses these clowns for freight delivery. I had major problems on both sides, missing appliances, damaged shipments, no-shows on delivery dates. The last set of clowns unboxed my dryer in my foyer, left Styrofoam bits all over my house, scraped walls moving the appliances around, knocked pictures off the walls, they said nothing. White glove service? Try dirty brown gloves with you know what smeared all over them. Hard pass."
