"Terrible. I ordered a package online and the seller was shipping it to my "local Central Transport location." I have called 4 times now, and they have no idea what is going on. They keep "transferring" me because that is not "their department." I have been on hold for 27 minutes once (I had to hang up because I had to go to a meeting.) I'm currently on hold now for 13 minutes and counting....terrible."
