"This is the best branch location. I will miss them. They really took care of me and were knowledgeable. It’s unfortunate that the ppl in the loan department and special services are not genuinely decent ppl like them. The loan department and special services department are the reason I’m leaving this credit union. They are evil toxic ppl and they literally had it out for me which is why I stopped putting all my money into this bank."

"Sarah went above and beyond my needs today, I had a issue with my savings account and had talked to a teller prior. The previous teller with curly hair and bold lipstick refused to help me and listen to me address my issue with my account. Sarah not only took care of the issue but I didn’t have to even ask. Thank you Sarah."

"This bank doesn't have an ATM & it makes it hard for people who don't work a normal 9-5 job to go, I don't reccomend this bank to anyone who works weird hours, but I especially don't because the last time I called to see if I could have an overdraft fee waived simply because I couldn't make it there during their open hours, the representative I spoke with told me I should learn how to manage my money better, I don't care that the fee couldn't be waived, I'm more taken aback by the rudeness and her tone she used with me. Customer service gets 0 stars from me. I've never been treated so poorly. Definitely better ways she could have said no. I've since moved to a different bank that has decent customer service."
