"09/26/2022 1:35 pm Joe at this location gave me a very hard time cashing my business check. I provided my social security number and he still made me go and get my Id. He lied and said I still need to provide ID a photo of my Id does not pop up after I give my social. He was cutting me off and talking over other staff members that were trying to assist with the problem. I’ve been with wright Patt for years and I have never! been treated like this. He made me want to close my account. I will not be returning."

"No ATM so I can't top up my debit card. That is a sign of a HORRIBLE neighborhood that, even with security cameras and good lighting, that they're too afraid to have a 24 hour ATM. The neighborhood is horrible and every other review says so as well. And there's no ATM even on the inside. So it's pointless to me. Maybe it's useful to you if you need a more complex transaction but during pandemic times they claim they can only do basic transactions."
