"The people that I've had to deal with for the most part have been friendly and helpful. We had only and auto loan thru them....not by our choice. The vehicle was in my husband's name with permission for me on the account and they still treated me like criminal when I called to get information. And on several occasions I had to call my husband at work to get verbal permission from him.....even after they had the paper with his written permission. We are now done with this bank after yet another ordeal getting a payoff quote."

She is EXTREMELY kind, sweet, and was patient with me and my parents( who lived in another state) through the entire process. There's only one thing that I recently experienced: I would like to have lock boxes located physically at the Huber Heights (Harshman Rd.) facility. It's not convenient for me to have one at either the downtown or the Beavercreek offices."

"Asked to open a second savings account under the same account number to keep finances separate. They created a new account number, then charged me inactivity fees. Said they would refund the fees, then did not and said they could not. Accounts closed. Don’t pay to keep your money at a financial institution. I’ve called and left a message. Looking forward to hear from management."
