"The inconsistency with this company is beyond unreasonable. Still operates like a single crew posts checks manually, no consistency with posting times or dates. Staff at the front desk will tell you they don’t accept certain documents, only to be charged money for turning them in at a branch location. With technology as advanced as it is, I would highly recommend finding a credit union that uses said technology, not WPCU still living in 1932."

"I looked into opening a savings account here a couple months ago. I was told the intrest rate was 5% when savings balance is below 500$. When I went to pull out the intrest I had accumulated over the last two months today I was told I had Accrued 70 cents and that they had not given me the 5%. I asked for a manager and was told they were to busy to assist. I have been robbed at this point. Take your money elsewhere."
