"Totally worth the 3.5 hour drive! In my search to find my dream bike I called so many shops within a 300 mile radius of my home. Many shops quickly told me they were out of stock and didn’t know when they would be back in stock. Twelve shops later “Beso” answers with a friendly voice and tells me he has the model but not the trim I was looking for BUT that he could get it! I was like what!? How is this possible, when no other shop even had any of the bike model I was looking for! Next thing I know it he tracks down my dream bike and has it in his shop within 10 days. Wait it gets better…not only does he go out of his way to track down the bike but he customized it for me. Adding a specific group set that doesn’t even come on the bike! I was blown away with this kind of customer service and personalization. Bottom line is I wish I lived closer to this shop. I wish that my local bike shop operated this way. "This place is amazing! The staff are very accommodating and friendly, and most importantly they are honest. I bought my sons bike on an auction website (I know I know, never again) and the gear shifter was broke off. I called the shop on my way home and they assessed the bike. I left it with them overnight and they completely rebuilt the gear shifter, brake line and repaired the derailer mount! Beyond impressed with their quality and professional service!"

"5 star review #109. Yes, this shop ONLY has 5 star reviews… that should tell you enough! But in case you want to know more: Beso (the owner) is such a wonderful and kind human! He is VERY knowledgeable and will do everything within his ability to help you in whatever way he can. His experience and expertise is more than evident when talking with him. The shop it’s self is in a great location, easy to find, and has plenty of parking - as well as space to try out and test the bikes you might be considering for purchase. The environment is always very clean and bright. I’m no expert cyclist but for what I’ve needed, the shop has a great variety and selection of inventory. My husband on the other hand IS a serious cyclist and even competes in road cycling and this has been his favorite go-to bike shop since it opened. We love Beso and we love Bicycle House!"
