"They’re welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in the door and they honestly help me get the computer I was looking for which was a laptop for high school may been a little old but it was a reasonable price and they are amazing people they are friendly customer service And honestly I highly recommend I like the newer building they’re in but sometimes I miss the older one but they sold me a good computer that lasted me four years of high school and two different jobs for being an old thinkpad they sold me about 4 years ago"

"Went to look for a tv and all 5 or so workers behind the counter didn't bother helping us. There was only a price on one of the TV's but didn't seem interested in selling anything. Part of the store is barricaded off for renovations or something and my gf walked next to it get to the xbox's and one of of the workers shouted "just so you know it's closed." Like he really thought she was going to climb over the barricade to get into an empty part of the store? Nowhere near the selection that the other pawn shops have, and nowhere near as friendly."

"I have bought two different items that did not work right one was a generator it had carburetor problems. I thought it was an honest mistake then. Now I wonder. And I bought a staple gun; it would not hold air so they gave me store credit for the nail gun. But I bought a DeWalt corded saw about a year ago that did work good so I will give them that because I am honest, but my opinion is they are very bad people because no matter what if you need them to work with you they will tell you their hands are tired. This is coming from a respectable business owner, Jason James Paul Flowers. Actually one of the people that left a five star worked for me and the way he was talking he doesn't like them anymore and he might be changing it."

"Walk in and you will be taken back by the total disorder. This pawn shop, gold buying and selling pawned items shop looks more like a total mess. I think this shop looks just like those horrible looking pawn stores portrayed in tv shows."

"These gentlemen are the kindest people i have ever met at a pawn shop. They were able to help me out in a pinch and were very understanding. This is a laid back location and if you ever have questions about anything, I would recommend talking to this place. They will be able to help you the best way they know how."
