"We have used Inman Shipping for years, however, on the most recent case they handled for us, their level of service has drastically declined. We had a death in Florida and the directions to Inman were to have their provider ship the cremated remains to our firm back in Indiana. They shipped them to the families' address in Florida. We haven't received the DC's yet, and have no idea where they'll ship those. I even specifically talked to a representative the day I received an email with the tracking information that specified the FL address and told her, this was incorrect. In another conversation with one of my staff members, an Inman Rep said, "we could try to contact the postal service and request a change." This was not our mistake and they should have owned up to it and fixed themselves. Then, we received an email about a shipping itinerary about another case that we weren't involved in. It's these little details that matter the most and they are not being met. Something has changed in this company and it isn't for the better. I wish them well, as I am looking for another company to be our agent and handle our cases with better care."
