"I’ve had 3 jobs since I’ve started this otr thing again, I was looking for auburn , in the Walmart dedicated lil gig and this is wat came up,but my review on this place is fair, not gone get Rich there but can feed yo family easily, dispatch is fair , most of them are ex drivers, but like all jobs it can get bad lol , recommend 0-2 years experience the gtfa"

"They lied on my paperwork and put different check in and check out times so they wont have to pay me detention. Took 6 hrs to unload me."

"I've been parked across from the fuel pumps at the Loves up the street from this US Express. In the last hour, there have been 6 different US Express trucks, park on the fuel pump without fueling, and going inside for 10-20 minutes, with no regard for anyone else needing to fuel. They dont even have the decency to pull past the pumps. Totally unprofessional."

"This is not a US Xpress terminal, it's a Family Dollar DC. You can not take your 10 break here !!! Another unfriendly DC that could careless that your out of time. If your coming here and have a live unload prepare your check book, of course they won't tell you what it will cost to unload you till after there done unloading you, To get an idea of cost , I had 5200 Cases loaded on Chep Pallets. They told me 3 pallets were bad REALLY !! But wouldn't let me see them. 1 bad pallet = $5.00 , 5200 cases with one layer coming off = $215.00 . It's funny really irritating they ordered the product, we hauled it, and they make us pay to have THERE product's unloaded. Pretty good !!!"
