"This is a great place to go for any home gym or exercise equipment. The store is well stocked and they encourage you to show up ready to try the machines. The people are all knowledgeable and are intimately involved in making certain the product is right for the person. There is no pressure to buy a specific brand or model. They service what they sell. Since home equipment can run in the multiple thousands of dollars, having service option is a must. I have heard and read horror stories of people buying equipment from online retailers who won't back up a warranty when something goes bad. I purchased one piece of equipment that had an issue with an arm attachment. After performing a service call and determining one of the set screws had been stripped, they replaced the entire machine. Nice people, owner operated, good prices, great service."
