"If I could give negative stars I definitely would. Not very friendly. And charged me over draft fees for no reason. Even though I went in and closed my account and once closed they still took my payment. Very shady place. And will never recommend anyone going there. I was there for over a year and just had a horrible experience. I switched back to Fifth Third Bank and I have been treated very good there right next door to Abbey. Don't waste you're time going to Abbey. They will take you're money and be rude to you in the process. Very shady."
