"I have financed 4 car loans in the last 5 years 2 with credit unions and 2 with banks. I was going to use a credit union this time but got talked into another bank loan because it was local. Bad mistake. 2ed national has to be the most disorganize bank in the world. Toke 4 emails 5 calls to get auto pay set up then was told make first payment manually and the rest will come out auto. Well I made the payment and they auto pulled another one out. Called again toke about 10 minutes for them to figure out how to fix it. Now I have to wait for everything to clear before I supposedly get they extra payment back. Probably take 4 more calls to get it done. I will pay off this loan next week and go to a credit union. O ya i get the joy of paying an extra $150 for closing the loan early. Moral of story go to a real bank or credit union to get a loan."
