"Never getting another dog from here they lied to me about the dog I had adopted from them told me it would be $80 to bring the dog back after explaing what was going on when it sates $60 in the paper work and not it being more they also lied to me about how long they have had the dog I had gotten from them. If you want a dog DO NOT GO TO A NO KILL SHLETER!!!!!!! You will find yourself getting a dog that will act all nice and friendly but will be highly agressive at the end of it all."
"Me and my wife went there to get a new member of our family got really attached to a dog named Bel Air and was told we couldn’t take her home with us because she got to excited when meeting us that we would have to keep coming back till she wasn’t so excited around us then we would be able to take her home. I’m sorry but we live over a hour away and not making multiple trips there and back to get her to not get excited to see us. I thought dogs should be excited to see their owners. Friendly employees but don’t know anything about dogs behaviors. So if your looking to adopt a dog from here don’t be playful and try to play with them or your not going to be able to take your new baby home! This place is ridiculous!"
"I adopted a dog and I loved him I live in an apartment and he attacked the dog across the hall so I took him back to the shelter and they told me they will not take him back until I told them I can’t have an aggressive dog in my apartment and that if they would not take him back then I would have to make him expire. I didn’t even ask for my money back! But they definitely said no refunds which I said fine I am happy to donate."
"My friend found a new buddy today. He lost his dog about a month ago to lymphoma. The staff were very nice, the shelter was very clean, and the dogs all looked healthy and well taken care of."
