"I recently purchased my first Trek bicycle from the West Chester store. This store’s customer service is top notch. My family and I first came in on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted by Alison. She was very attentive and informative about some of the different options available on the new Checkpoint gravel bikes, after riding one for a few minutes she recommended I get the next size up. Over the next few days I emailed a handful of times and each time was answered promptly and thoroughly. Went in the following Wednesday to place my order and Evonne took care of us. She was great to speak to and I really appreciated her taking the time to speak with my 9 year old son and show him the different options for the bike he is interested in. I ultimately purchased a new Checkpoint ALR 5 and couldn’t be happier in the choice.
