"Terrible in store experience. Received an email asking for a review tried to leave review there and would not go thru. It’s sad when one bad employee can make a customer who shops at store regularly feel completely disrespected and unwelcome. Left store purchased online and paid to ship because paying extra to ship and insure to ship then have to wait 8 or 9 days to receive said item was more worth it than paying less to deal with Caleb for any longer. If I can find it somewhere else I will. I asked three times to buy this item and instead had three different “items” shoved into my hands that were all 2 - 3 times the price of what I was intending to purchase. And then he threatened to go upstairs and get his own 15k dollar “item”. First time I’ve ever had a 2a store employee threaten to go get his personal item."

Unfortunately, realized mid-build that there wasn't a buffer retaining pin spring like the online description said. "I visited this location at the suggestion of other shooters and friends. I'm a fairly new shooter and was looking for some information about triggers and other after market parts. I found the staff very friendly. They took the time to answer my questions and spent a reasonable amount of time with me. After my visit I did some additional research and found their information to coincide with what others were using and what I was looking for. This boosted my confidence in purchasing from them. I spent more than I had intended, I don't mind spending more if the service is top notch. Caleb, Kevin and Benny in my opinion, are what I look for in a specialty store, knowledgeable and patient. I was given options and allowed to make my own decision. Based on their suggestions and the research I did I purchased a new trigger. They were able to install it right away. I have purchased on line in the past, having the items shipped. I feel taking the time to visit AIM in person is worth the drive as I live a decent distance from the store. There are other items on my wish list, I will visit them again when it's time. Great job gentlemen. I will recommend AIM to others."
