"If I could give no stars I would went through a settlement for my auto accident got a big check used this bank for my bank and they are holding my money I gave them information for my attorney they started questioning me and accusing me of a fraud check. This bank is an absolute joke if my money doesn't end up in my account by the 17th like they say I will be contacting my attorney and start the suing process on this bank. I will never be using this bank again. Don't even waste your time thinking about opening an account here just go to PNC."
"Went to a banker to set an appointment up arrived at my appointment, everybody was standing around talking not really attentive to any customers. When I was finally able to see a banker we started for 15 mins and she said I would be contacted that day or the next day. When she finally reached out to me the next day About information that was discussed the previous day The banker that I talked to was the one who called me and was very rude when she was telling me my information we spoke about the day before. Her tone was very disrespectful, downgrading and she was not helpful at all. It was more of a hurry up tell her the information and get off. Don't recommend this bank, or their staff. Kim was my professional banker and she should not be in customer service even if that means working in a bank."
"I'm on my 4th or 5th attempt to stop them contacting me about an account that doesn't belong to me. I've been on hold for 20 minutes because no one there can fix a simple email address. They obviously don't care about their customers. The toilet tank in an abandoned home has more useful customer service."
