"RUN! Run away as fast as you can! Worst bank for loans / customer service from loan officers within the Tiffin branch EVER! They NEVER return your calls when leaving a voicemail, never answer emails, don’t even return your call when the automated call system says to leave your phone number for a call back! They are WAY behind times electronically. Your loan won’t be pending to come out on the date you request it will be sporadic and up to 3-4 days behind. And then all of a sudden a day before or the day of and back to later again. All of the loan officers I have spoken to are this side of rude, very curt, unhelpful, confused. Never answer their phones NEVER. And do not return calls when you leave a message. Only one has ever emailed me back. I can’t speak of the teller service but just RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY from the bank for loans or reliable and knowledgeable loan service!"

Not one employee knows the answer to any question you ask they all talk in circles just to get you off the phone which actually works because you can't wait to hang up from frustration. I wouldn't do business with this bank if it were the last bank left on earth."

"THE WORST BANKE EVER!! I would give 0 stars if possible. Nobody is available by phone. Ever. Except the payoff loan dept. I never got a monthly statement for how much was left on the loan after each payment, a receipt when payment was made or even when I paid the loan off. Their website is poor user friendly, and has almost no info on your account. You’ll most likely have to deal with several calls and emails to solve 1 simple issue. Did not send my title and made me me jump through several hoops with other gov agencies to get it. Literally the worst business and bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of being a customer at. Do yourself a favor and run if this is your only option!"

"I’ve tried calling to change my address numerous amounts of times. I can not change it myself. Keep getting told to send an email. Numerous emails sent, with no response. You can not get ahold of the loan office at all and they will not respond back to you. My vehicle is almost paid off and I want to make sure I get the title sent to the correct address. I don’t know what to do. I will never ever again get a loan through this bank. Zero customer service, impossible use of online banking. This bank is a scam."
