"5 Stars namely for the customer service. I bought a 5wt reel and mistakenly added a 9wt line to my cart instead of a 5. Shop called me since they noticed I selected spool the line onto the new reel, and the 9wt line didn't make sense. I explained I made a mistake and just wanted an all purpose quality 5wt line in the same price range for the new rod I bought. I told the shop which rod I purchased, and he said he knew exactly the line I needed. Reel showed up next day with line spooled and a new leader attached. The line he put on my reel was exactly what I had needed. Thanks to ReelFlyRod. I will purchase through them from now on."
