"Came into this branch last week. Explained to them a situation that they pretended that they would assist me with. Instead Pamela just had me open a new account and told me that my check that was incoming on my old account would be bounced and there was nothing they could do about it. Wish they had told me that BEFORE I opened a new account I would have chosen a different bank altogether. The ladies at the counter were great, Pamela on the other hand was the worse customer service I’ve ever received. 0/5 stars if possible."

"It's always a challenge getting in and out of the parking lot due to all the traffic at the intersection but that does not stop me from visiting this branch. It is a convenient location and I never had much of a wait, nor a single issue. Every teller is very friendly and professional. This is why I been banking here for nearly 20 years."

I have always been a Huntington Fan and probably should have wrote this review a long time ago. Every person that works at this institution is friendly and always gives great service. Your never treated like an account number... In the past year, my son and I have worked with Jacob Cordonnier / Personal Banker on several occasions and I must say he is not ordinary, he is extraordinary. Helpful in person or on the phone, always gives that little extra that makes you think, wow, what a nice guy. So knowledgeable and offers great advice.
