"What a joke. App never works hopefully you don't ever need anything to happen quickly or efficiently because your not gonna get it here. The customer service number never works. Trying to talk to a person seems impossible. Even the balance enquiry number never works."
"I have had an account with them since late last year. I dont think there is a single time i called and they actually answer the phone. Leave a message they will call back and if your busy working and miss the call it doesn't matter. Start back from square one call get no answer leave a message then glue your phone to your hand. This has been since pre covid. It is impossible. If you want a home loan and don't know how it works and need answers periodically add a month of phone tag to your time line. I can't believe i need to make a special trip to the bank every time because NOBODY answers the phone. They are a nightmare!"
"Just had a horrible experience with a teller with a nasty attitude. I was told to take my $13,000.00 worth of checks elsewhere. I sure will! She probably figured I didn't have any other options. So sad. Keep that attitude every day and in no time you'll be looking for a new job!"
