"Luke did an excellent job at teaching me how to shoot a bow. Luke was able to explain and teach the entire process very thoroughly and broke it down in a easy to understand way. The lessons i had with Luke were very valuable and 100% worth it. Once i was ready Luke walked me through the process of picking out the right compound bow for me. At no point in this process did i ever feel pressured, or rushed. He gave me all the time i needed and helped to point me in the right direction. once i picked out the right bow Luke’s team helped me pick out the attachments i needed for the bow and setting it up and once again this was a great experience. They took their time explaining everything to me and answering any questions i had. I am very appreciative of Luke and his team and am grateful to have this shop so close to home. I would without a doubt recommend this shop."
"Cam was the best. Had a crossbow of another brand blow up in my face while hunting in the morning , called Cam and he had me in a new bow and back in the stand in the afternoon. We dialed it in at 20 at the shop. Took it home and shot it at 50 yards, as you can see it’s on! Found my new bow shop I’ve been searching for. Thanks again!"
"Luke and his staff go beyond just providing the customer with great products and service but a level of attention to detail and care that other archery shops I have used in the past lack. Luke and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and were very patient getting my old bow properly tuned and even spent at least a solid hour and a half critiquing my form and giving me solid advise. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will consult with them to get a new bow within a year and recommend anyone looking for a quality archery shop to check them out !"
"This place is top notch. I recently got back into traditional archery, essentially starting from scratch. These guys got me set up with a really nice bow, form coaching, instruction, and taught me about tuning my new rig. So much better than a box store. Money well spent."
"I brought my Darton bow in. Knowing it needed a string and cam tightened. I let the owner sell some Axis arrows after explaining the flight I prefer at the poundage I like my bow set. I live a street over and didn't mind funding 6 arrows. His son and I went on to order the string(s) and a soft kisser button. The string arrived defective and was sent back. I left my bow and an Axis arrow with practice tip. Another couple weeks and I stopped in. My arrow and practice tip were lost. Market value of $50 was given(actual cost to replace(75gr practice Muzzy)). The salesman then decided to explain it as, the bow string was covered under warranty. And gave my bow back with a hard & crimped kisser button, instead of a soft tied purchased. Twice, once over the phone they explained the string as a warranty covered item, but yet I still purchased string(s) at $180. The arrows fly like wounded ducks. I still have a half dozen of fast fliers. Overall, I wouldn't rate the experience better than Cabellas, but definitely worse than the old Gander Mountain. A neat shop though. Most places are honest about being retail and better to build a bowpress at $20 for best care of your bow. No favors given and didn't receive what was paid for. The deal breaker is probably the improper string install. No reason to buy a string from a bow shop if they can't even time cam pull. You don't even need to eyeball stops. There's lines on the cam."
