"Very poor customer service between this store and the Lids store in Franklin Park Mall. Was told in early September that the NFL sidline hat would come out on the 28th. Today is October 3rd and both stores would not help us in any way. They had the hat but could not find us the right size. No effort at all. Both stores would not even try to find the size for my son and I as we wear two different sizes. Looks like we will head to the Taylor Michigan store. Do not shop at the Toledo location!!! THEY DONT CARE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD!!!!"
"I hate to say it but I have a bad experience every time I come here. I wear a 59fifty Yankees hat and they never have it in my size! They always tell me they can order it but I can do that from the comfort of my own home. They can never find my Lids card by looking it up but when I go to other Lids stores they have no issues seems like they are trying to force me to buy a new lids card every time. Sometimes you'll wait for them to finish a personal conversation with each other before they will even ask you if you need help! Skip this store"
