"I spend roughly about $250 a month at this store but today I was a bit busy with work so my mother who had nothing better to do volunteered to go as she needed some items herself. Normally the female managers there are super knowledgeable and helpful, today they weren’t there. There was a guy working by himself and he was beyond bothered to be at work. He was extremely rude to my 65 year old mother who bought about $170 worth of items. He didn’t know about the products she asked for, he was rude to the other customers in the store and spent more time playing on his phone than he did helping customers. It really makes me somewhat upset because I go out of my way to visit this location rather than on Monroe street because the staff usually holds themselves to a higher standard. I may reassess if I still give this place my business in the future. Today’s date 2/2/21"
