"Lucky 7 Cab Company's rep., Rochelle, answered the phone, courteously, and every time we called. We called for a quote for a multi-leg trip, that included a 15 minute wait at one location. The taxi was transporting 2 commercial truck drivers. They called me back within 4 minutes with the quote & tax fee. I told them I'd call back in about 5 minutes because I was waiting on another quote too. I called Lucky 7 back to book the trip and paid with a CC. Before the multi-leg trip was completed, I called Rochelle to add one more trip stop for the truck driver team. No problem. Later I received a call, so they could charge the CC for the added trip segment. Great all-around service. The receipts arrived via email. We even added a tip, since they provided the best price and service to accomplish what we needed to do. (Taxi service from the hotel to the truck repair shop/pick up gear, a 2nd location, then back to the hotel.) Oh, and the weather....cold and sleet.
