"Hit a deer and needed to use a ride service. I must say that KRAMER'S CAB is The Best in the Business in Defiance and surrounding areas!! Love that he has his own fleet of vehicles, that look professional and are very clean. The other cab company using personal vehicles with an eye, I used one day and was horrendous!! Make sure to use KRAMER'S CAB!!!"

"Inconsistent and unaccommodating. This is a company that prides itself on its inability or, more accurately, ignorance of phone service. They will not call, they will not text, there is overall no way to contact your driver at all. 4 out of the six times i have requested their service i have been denied and the other 2 they have been late or simply not shown up at all. You would have better luck using an uber or lyft. UPDATE The owner of the business has responded here and contacted me personally, which is surprising as they had didged me multiple times the day of in favor of letting a subordinate deal with my misgivings instead. Throughout all of this Robert has admitted that he lied about the time he spent at the stop, showed up at the wrong house, and made 0 efforts to reach out to me for any confirmation that could've have fixed the whole situation. I gave Robert a 10 minute window to figure out where he was supposed to be before calling but by that time he had already abandoned the request all together."
