"The man came to fix the ac, changed a part and said the guy before him didn't know what he was doing( he was the person who serviced it last.) After he left the ac froze solid and started leaking all over the basement. He was rude to my eldery mother and honestly, not at all good at his profession. I would leave 0 stars if it were an option."

"AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The same person (Alex, who owns an air duct cleaning service) leaves two different five star reviews and someone (Jane) with the same last name as the company name leaving a five star review? Nothing fishy about that (eye roll). This place does not honor their own warranty. I had to call another company out to come fix all the mistakes that Young and Sons made. Better believe that I'll be recouping my money spent on the better company when I see Young and Sons in court."

"The owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure to work with. They installed new furnaces for our home as part of our inspection report on our new home purchase. After we encountered some issues 2 months after moving in, I attempted to have them back over to look over some things & get an idea of what was going on. They repeatedly dodged my calls & it took 15 months to get a call back from the owner. He then proceeded to berate & disrespect me on the phone. I fully understand that these types of jobs are under staffed at the moment, but hoping for an appointment after 15 months of waiting is not an unreasonable request. Extremely disappointed in this business & how it's being run."

"They were very quick to respond for service call. My 7-year old nephew greeted him first. Rich asked if my nephew was going to be his helper. And off to work they went. Rich was quick to figure out that my capacitor on my C/A unit went out and replaced it. Rich was very friendly, quick and professional. And my nephew learned a few things and made a new BFF. Thanks Rich! Def recommend Young and Sons!"
