"Good product, but bad customer service. I had questions about his product and hooking the alts up for my car audio guy. Very rude and unprofessional. I don't know if he was mad due to the fact that I texted him around 10:45-11:00pm, but customers shouldn't be treated nor talked to like he tried to talk to me. I've bought 4 alts from this guy, he will never get my business ever again."

"Super helpful and one of the best places I've ever dealt with. My alternator went out, so I took cover off and noticed one of diodes had overheated and broken off. I reached out and he explained why it could have happened and what i should look for to diagnose it. Then he sold me a diode rectifier and voltage regulator. I tried finding the solder I would need without asking because I hate to be the million questions type of customer. 1-2 hours later and information overloaded, i went to bed. Next morning i told him i was having trouble finding solder and he said he would throw some in with my order. I tried paying him as from my search i saw its not very cheap. He said wasn't necessary. High quality parts and packaged very well. Overall experience is 11/10. Pics are my old diode and when I received my rectifier. Wish I would have taken more."
