"This lady SUCKS!!!!! Bought a Groupon for 2 Shellac manicures.... Scheduled my appointment almost 2 months in advance to have my nails done in December before leaving for vacation... The day of, she texts me at 5 a.m. saying she is ill, and cannot do my nails, but would like to give me a "complimentary" shellac for the trouble... and would "BE IN TOUCH WITH ME SOON" to reschedule. I text her back a few hours later, and asked if I could be fit in before New Years Eve, and got NO response. I waited a week, and text her again regarding trying to reschedule my appointment... after figuring out who I was and telling her she has failed to "BE IN TOUCH WITH ME....." I asked if I could get an appointment the Friday before NYE... and she said she was "with a client right now, and would have to check." NATURALLY..... I've yet to hear from her unprofessional self... Do yourself a favor and skip her and her manicures. She SUCKS at taking care of her customers that have already PAID FOR HER SERVICES!!!!! Lousy."
