"Never do business with this establishment. They are crooks and drunks. The loaders smelled of alcohol and multiple people stated they smelled it. They seemed to work off the cuff and never explain anything to get as much money as possible from you. Never go here!!!"

"My experience at this location wasn’t good. They called me prior to the appointment and I was told they were going to have everything ready for me Saturday morning. I show up to not anything being prepped and then get told it’s a $1000 deposit. I am fine with that being its expensive equipment. I don’t understand that if I run into an issue to get the trailer back in time that I would be charged. To save time to the store I dropped it in front of the gate late the night prior. I didn’t have any other way the next day to bring it in. Thinking this was the best solution but to hear I lose out the deposit completely if I do this. If I did this and had a way to still trailer it back then I would understand but I was never told they could come get it either. I feel like this could all have been explained to me properly. This not being explained at all is where I have an issue with this establishment. I would recommend going elsewhere for equipment being I have had better experiences around."

"Will never do business with these people again. They run your credit card without asking permission and then tell you to look at the contract. Where it says they can do that. After doing years of business with these guys I needed to make payment to take care of a balance I owed. I made several payments and then one day they decided to take the balance without asking. Poor business practice. I would never do this in my business and hope I can save someone else from these types of companies."

"I called the night before I needed the equipment to reserve a mini skid loaded, a 9 inch auger, and a trailer. I was told that this would all be available the following morning. When we got there, we were told that they had just sent out the last 9 inch auger so all they had for me was a 12 inch or a 6 inch. Why was this the case if I had reserved a specific tool? I was not given any price adjustment for the smaller auger, which costs less to rent! Additionally, when we hooked up the trailer, it was wired incorrectly. The turn signals were reversed and the electric brakes would engage at random as we drove. We informed the staff about this when we got the trailer back and they also did nothing to rectify that issue. Receiving the incorrect equipment and items not in proper working order was highly disappointing."
