A large deposit was paid to order all the windows and and large enough to cover one entire order. The store manager would not release one order because of policies? It so happened that a group of volunteers would be available the next Saturday at the nonprofit but I could not get the order released. I was willing to write a personnal check to cover the order until the nonprofit check arrived in the mail but no go per the store manager. It seems to me, the manager did not want to work on a solution.
