Well that call came 15 days later. Is that really what great customer service is like???? So in that 15 days - I had a great company come very quick and measure and flooring is ordered. "The customer service is very good here. They answer all your questions no matter how silly they may seem. They are prompt and did a wonderful job on our floors. We had them refinish our oak floors that had been covered over with carpet by the previous owners. Roman have them new life and they look wonderful.
