"Unilock is a cult. The management lies and uses people. They hired me as inside sales promising year round work. Proceeded to have me do any odd and end thing they could think of during busy season. Then laid me off as soon as slow season hit. They talked to me days before about me closing on a mortgage loan and fired me before it could even close. Blind sided me with it saying the position is terminated. They may have decent product but the culture and people there are just awful. Not a family operation, they will deceive and screw you the first chance they get. P.s. I have a baby due beginning of December as well. Insurance dropping me end of the month. If that doesn’t show how little they “care” I’m not sure what does."
