"In full disclosure, I’m writing this review very late. I found the showroom to be very beautiful. However, when I arrived (on time) for my scheduled appointment I was surprised to find that they didn’t have me down as having the prearranged appointment. I felt that they didn’t believe I had in fact even made an appointment. The front desk representative was kind enough and said I could wait for an available customer support agent, which I did. I spent nearly an hour waiting only to immediately find out that the product I was interested in was not available. Product availability isn’t necessarily their fault but the lack of organization in keeping the appointment is. Also, I notified the person I made the appointment with as to the product I was interested in. A lot of time and hassle could’ve been saved on both sides. All that said, I would consider visiting for future projects as I like seeing products in person before purchase and maybe procedures have improved since my last visit."

"Depending on who you are and where your job site is, this company treats you accordingly. They delivered my tub shower unit on my lawn in the dirt. My garage door was wide open, they didn’t even bother to let us know they were there. There was no reason to deliver my new unit in the muddy yard. I called and spoke to the Manager Michelle and she brushed me off and said that’s the way they deliver, per their company manager, as if nothing was wrong. This was the worst customer service. Unfortunately, there was no misunderstanding, there was just poor customer service. My husband was in the house with the contractors. The delivery driver DID NOT bother to notify anyone that he was on his way, nor did he ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let us know he was there. There was space in the garage and if notified, vehicles would have easily been moved. I don’t think that anyone wants to spend close to $1k and have it delivered on the grass in the dirt. Then, have the managers brush it off as if it’s standard practice. The customer service that I experienced, was by far subpar!"

"Had an amazing experience with Debbie and Welker-McKee selecting our plumbing fixtures for our new build with Petros Homes. For starters, the recently renovated showroom is beautiful. So many high quality fixtures on display, it would be hard to walk out of there without ideas! Debbie was ready for our appointment, and patiently guided us through the showroom and highlighted some fixtures and brands that she thought would fit our style. If there was a particular brand or model not on display, she brought up samples on an iPad so we could understand the breadth of their inventory. In less than an hour, we had all fixtures, sinks, toilets, and a tub picked out for our new home. We were extremely happy with all of our choices. Debbie did warn us of backorders on some of our selections, notably the toilets. As we approached our install, Debbie informed us the toilets we picked were not available and presented us with different options. We were a little particular about the model we picked, so Debbie went above and beyond to find some in inventory from another retailer. She had them shipped in time and we had no delays (with the plumbing fixtures, anyways). Everything was installed to perfection and we have no complaints. Truly a high quality experience from beginning to end .Thank you Debbie! :)"
