"Dave and Ali responded to my flooring issues right away. They even sent their installer, Jason, to find the root cause of our flooring slipping apart. When our home was built in 2020, the sub floor was not level upon installation causing pulling of the LVP. Jason removed the existing flooring, sanded down the sub floor to make it level, added a skim coat and installed the LVP. There has not been one piece that has slipped apart since. It's worth noting that other companies said our existing flooring was defective by the manufacturer. But Flooring International investigated the root cause and they were corrin theor assessment about the sub floor problem. Thank you, all, for your time and patience in correcting this longstanding problem."
